Selas-Linde has merges into Linde engineering

Were you looking for Selas-Linde? As of August 29, 2025, Selas-Linde GmbH has been fully integrated into its parent company Linde GmbH (Linde Engineering). From this date, the Selas-Linde brand name is no longer used as a separate entity.

What does this mean in practice?

All rights and obligations previously held by Selas-Linde are now managed by Linde GmbH. For customers and suppliers, this means: 

  • Contracts remain valid: all existing agreements continue without changes
  • Contracts stay the same: you can reach out to your usual representatives 
  • Minimal impact on operations: business process continue as before
  • Administrative details updated: addresses, VAT number and tax registration have changed.
